Kristen Daleiden

Campus Assistant

Kristen was born in Southern California and has lived here her entire life. She went straight from high school into a business/trade school to become a Certified Shorthand Court Reporter, and after working in the field for a short while, decided to pursue a path in administrative assistant work. She met her husband, John, in 2004 and owned a bowling tournament club and small embroidery business. When their daughter, Jade, was born in 2006, she happily decided to be a stay-at-home mom.

In 2013, Kristen’s family became a foster family and an emergency home shelter for kids in the social services system. In 2016, they adopted as part of their forever family a sibling set, Gary and Breanna, whom they had fostered at the ages of 3 & 5. Through this long and challenging journey of fostering and adopting, Kristen holds many hours and trainings in several parenting and connected parenting classes.

Currently, Kristen’s kids are 12, 14 and 16 years old and her favorite thing to do is learn and read about all her children and how to be the best parent she can be. She loves going to the beach and reading, having morning coffee with her mom & going to 80’s concerts with her husband.
